Impressed with what they've done with this facility. The customer service is great as well. Our family had a particularly pleasant experience with an employee named Riley. He made the kids feel special and helped us with an issue we had.

They will tell you whatever they need to to get a signature on a contract. We were told we could cancel at anytime. The only facility we were using were the tennis courts, which are now closed. 85/month for facilities that are inaccessible. A good business would let you out of a contract under the circumstances. I do not recommend Greatlife.

Horrible policies, rude staff. Hot tub almost always broken.

Convenient locations. Disappointing the amenities offered are only offered at certain times. The contract is also a downfall.

I would have recommended until I tried to cancel this past week. I have had GreatLife for over 2 years now and have told everyone that it's worth having. I found myself needing to cut back on bills recently due to life events and found that you can only cancel great life in the same month that you started it. I understand having a year commitment, but making it so that it auto renews for a year every year essentially making it near impossible to leave unless you decide to leave on your yearly anniversary. This is shady as hell and is a pure BS policy. It's sad that for this one reason alone I do not recommend them.
