We purchased a used, "re-conditioned" from Chris Skivers. In the short time we have had it, starting just a few days past its 30 day warranty, we have had multiple issues. That may be just the luck of buying used equipment. What is not forgivable, is the poor service we have received. Chris is a very nice guy, but he has not once shown up when he said he would and never calls. We always have to call him and he always has an excuse. More than once I have had to call him multiple times to get him out to repair our often unusable forklift. At this point I am considering cutting my losses and buying a forklift elsewhere. I would never buy another from Chris, at any price. Service matters.
