My relatively young and active father was unfortunately struck by a car and had major injuries. He was in the hospital for weeks then rehab for a month. When coming home, we chose Right at Home to assist us with taking care of him. A new caregiver was sent each time and had no idea of his injuries and had to be trained every single day. We had multiple instances of a caregiver not showing up without notice. Our service was cut immediately without even a conversation. If you need reliable help for your loved one, this is not the place.

Right at Home provides a truly wonderful and much needed service! It's easy when someone has an illness or an injury for doctors to treat the symptoms and not the whole person. Right At Home takes care of every client as if they are family. From helping with medications and treatment to housekeeping and companionship, Right At Home does everything to help people remain independent, safe, healthy, and happy, at home.

I had to hire an agency to help take care of my mom living in her condo. So I hired Right at Home. There was a variety of circumstances that I experienced that were very unsafe environment for my mom. One time I walked into my moms condo and the glass in coffee maker was turning black from being on from over night and all day long from the previous day. On another day I walked in and the cargiver was cutting up my moms credit card that she had just received in the mail. When I asked her why she was cutting up my moms card that she just received. The caregiver said that my mom told me to do that. Another example the caregiver took the FOB which is security for the building. The FOB is supposed to stay on the keys my mom has. Instead it was located in the purse of the caregiver. She had taken it home. She had the FOB all week long and didn't say anything to anyone. Also caregivers taking items home from my moms condo. This and many other examples were reported to the owner as well as Melissa. Nothing was said or done.
