Skybest SkyLine service amazes me. I've lived with Spectrum for years, I have Google in Durham. Google is good, you know Spectrum service is (insert bad words here) but SkyBest is outstanding. I emailed in a question about service speed at midnight, got a call at 8:00 AM and had service tech show up at 9:30. They found the problem in 10 minutes and were gone in 20. The tech was courteous, polite and super friendly. The only delay was he asked me to run the speed test again before leaving to make sure I was happy.

We are setting up service for a second home in Valle Crucis. Sky Best has fiber so we contacted them and have been blown away. Debra and Michelle have been incredible. The response time and attention to detail is great and totally unheard of in the “cable” world. We have Spectrum at our main house and I assure you there is no comparison.

We had Skyline for years with there phone and internet. The phone was only for emergency and we had the best internet we could get from them. We needed to cancel the internet and return the equipment because our condo assoc. got new equipment. They did not tell us when we returned the internet equipment that they were going to change our phone service and charge us just as much as the whole service had been before. I have now cancelled my service, but it leaves you with a feeling of distrust for this company.
