Worst office staff I have ever experienced. They do not return calls and even when you’re child is waiting for medicine, they still ignore repeated phone calls. The aggrevation is not worth it.

My son was diagnosed with craniopharyngioma at age of 4, later to have growth hormone problems. He has taken care of my son since he was 5 years old, he is 23 today. Dr. Noto is part of our family and his treatment and caring for my son and even me is top notch. Not only has he invested himself as a doctor but his heart also. He has a great heart.

I saw Dr. Noto as a young teen when I was referred to him by a medical facility. He treated me for hyperthyroidism, Graves, and Hasimotos. I am happy with his knowledge on his experience on this, but during my time seeing him he also found that I did have thyroid nodules. He did a few ultrasounds and to his supprise he told me the nodules disappeared. He did one more and told me I didn't need anymore to just follow up for the levels (hyperthyroidism). Well after I didn't need any more ultrasounds I was told that I could find and endocrinologist closer to me. Well around 4 years later I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer that spread to the lymph nodes as well as the parathyroid. It was also aggressive and started to mutate in the lymph nodes. After seeing a thyroid surgeon who did a total thyroidectomy and saw that there was so much cancer I had to ask. I asked him how long he thought I had it. He told me about the time or a year before I saw Dr. Noto. I then went on to tell the surgeon about the nodules as a young teen that just disappeared, and he is almost certain that the cancer started from the nodules that never disappeared but became part of the thyroid due to other stuff. I would recommend Dr. Noto on his knowledge of thyroid issue and how it affects individuals, but my own experience with the nodules leading to cancer leads me to believe I wouldn't go there for that again.

The administration at this practice is poor to the point of malpractice. My son cannot get there medication prescribed by this doctor because the nurses make repeated errors and are then unresponsive. Looking to change doctors ASAP.

It took me sometime to warm up to Dr. Noto. He is very knowledgeable and my daughter likes him. Some of the staff on the other hand is another story. First word that comes to mind (that is not R rated) is incompetent. The right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing. No one takes accountability in that office. I think pass the buck is their motto. Little advice, you can be seeing the best doctor in the world, but, when you encounter the non sense, great doctor or not, you wouldn't want to go back. That's an FYI for his office. After weighing the pros vs the cons, the cons win. Will not be back. So if you liked stress and aggravation, then this is the place for you.
