Have been going to Dr Lal since he was at his previous office. I have had a number of procedures by him. He is professional, respectful, and considerate. He explains with ease of what ever is going on with you and your health, the procedures he feel you should have and after you have awaken, his findings and the after care you should take. Since he has moved to a larger office and more patients, my belief is, that he has more than he can give personal attention to and the staff is not the best. Its sort of a rush you in and out once its your time to finally go in to see the Dr. His staff was better at the other office or maybe its not his personal staff but the staff for all the offices on that floor., they are not very professional and a little snooty.

Just horrible!!! In the covid times, I had to wait THIRTY DAYS for my appointment. Well guess what? I walked in the door for my appointment, and suddenly there wasn't one! It just so happens the secretary that took down my appointment typed in my cell number wrong. Well, some time before my appointment, they text to confirm I was coming, and the random person who got the text sent back \CANCEL\, and thus the appointment I've waited A MONTH FOR, was cancelled, without my knowledge, by somebody other than me!! Of course, there was nothing that could be done. I doubt I will even be diagnosed correctly when I can't get in the door. I mean, what kind of place lets someone else cancel your appointment, then can't do anything about it.
