I had an home inspection done on a rental property during due diligence. A few major things were not caught, including very loose stair handrails - a safety hazard- (which I caught before closing) and a major leak from a bath shower (not realized until after tenant moved in). The bath shower leak caused major water damage, resulting in damaged ceiling and drywall. Had to have plumber come out and also need to repair dry wall and ceilings. Would not use again.

This inspector inspected one of my listings. It was vacant and the seller came in the next morning (almost 24 hours later) and found the ac turned up to 83 in this heat and the oven was left ON at 300!! I tried to reach out because they were so upset and never heard back from him.
Good, honestly, reliable.
