The young lady at the entrance who took my info for the waiting list made an error. I never received a text letting me know our table was ready so I went up and inquired. That's when it was discovered she never wrote my info down. The manager quickly swept in and asked who took my reservation. I reluctantly pointed at the lady and she just stood there like she had never seen me before. The manger was quick to find us a table. Then..our server only visited us 2x...to take our order and then to leave us our check. We couldn't get a drink refill or even let her know we were doing fine and thank her because she never once checked on us. We were never rude, never angry, and remained friendly and polite the entire visit. We even left the server a generous tip. They were not busy so we don't understand. It was not great service but the manger did his best with what he had.

First and last time visiting this place..i was expecting a WAY better food quality and presentation and better service . We order our food ..mine was stake with 2 sides .. my first side dish was tortilla soup, and arrive to my table 10 min before the rest of the dish ..not acceptable.. the stake was burn, and honestly I don't like the ribs ( fried ), we never got our forks and knifes until I asked to the lady, not a lot of people inside but the service need to improve ... This was our last outside dinner in a restaurant of the year as a family.. we ended up very disappointed and eating a publix cake with coffee at home as a dessert .. we told the lady about the issues and she give us 25%off the ticket..
The food was outstanding and our service was like none other that my fiance and I have gotten before. It was hands down the best we've ever had. I mean she even took Valentines Day pictures of us. We will definitely be back and hopefully get her again bc she was absolutely great!

I can deal with 30 minutes to be sat. I also understand empty tables for social distancing. The server greeted us immediately. She took our drink and appetizer order. Our drinks arrived in probably 5 minutes. Our appetizer (cheese fries) took 25 minutes. People around us (sat after us) were getting their appetizers without issue (yes, fried stuff). The server then came by 4 times to say she would be right out with our salads. Everyone else received salads in a timely manner. It took a FULL HOUR from the time we were sat until our steaks arrived. And once again, people who arrived after us were getting their food (steaks!)! The server had told us she wouldn't charge us for the appetizer, but had to be reminded to take it off the bill. We lost our appetites, didn't eat all of our steaks and still paid our 60 tab.
