My husband and I were able to schedule an inspection date and time within two (2) days of first contact. On the day of inspection, he arrived on time for our 1:00p appointment and prepared to execute a thorough examination of our new construction home. Randy left no stone unturned and works wells traditional and SMART home technology systems. Best of all, Randy sent the final inspection report by the end of business on inspection day. The report is impeccable! We received plenty of explanations, general feedback, pictures, maintenance tips, and he even takes voice notes.
