Berris provides great friendly service. They have good selection of frames and will consult on the look. They provide adjustments and repairs. They stand behind the products they sell and have corrected any issue rapidly. One of the best optical experiences I have had.

Receptionists are rude and slow for service. During my exam was told they were out of trial contacts so they ordered my contacts anyway was given the wrong prescription and couldn't return them because they were open. Gave me 6 months of the trials they had in stock now. Wasted a good chunk of my money for them ordering the wrong prescription and then only got half the order. Edit: They respond to the review claiming I am not a customer of their business. When they don't even know my name. Great job who is ever in control of your social media presence.
I have had bought a few pairs of glasses at other places and was never able to get used to them, so in turn, never wore them. The doctor here actually took the time to listen and gave me a prescription that I could adapt to. I've been wearing my glasses ever since. The staff was so fun helping me pick frames. I ended up choosing a pair suggested by the receptionist that I never would have chosen myself. She has a great eye for style and what looks good on you. I will never go anywhere else. All around great experience. Great service and I highly recommend Berris.
While visiting my in-laws in cleveland I was in need of an eye doctor and they were extremely accomodating and kind even though I was not a regular patient.
Excellent experience! Staff and Doctor were so nice and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my experience of picking out frames because the girl helped me so much and really cared that I \looked good\ in the frames. She was like a sister knowing what looked the best for me and what I could afford. Thanks Berris for your help with the whole process.
