These people and this company are the best. Don't fall for all the do-it-yourself newcomers or alphabet security folks, they are amateur hour! I was originally with ADT for 35 years, but I recently moved. Somehow I got convinced to try a cheaper alternative. After two absolute disasters, I went back to the ADT pros. If you want to really feel safe, and you want no hassle service and installation, use these folks. You won't regret it.

Jerry our ADT technician was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Installed all our equipment properly and checked it all worked before he left, and showed us how it worked.
ADT Add dangerous totally. Why? Most staffs there have strong crazy driving behavior in the parking lot - completely ignore pedestrians! It is a parking lot and not a racing track!!! The staff may have professional skills but lack of driving knowledge. Beware of them!

I had an appointment with ADT tech come out to my house to update my alarm system and the Tech was very professional and he knew what he was doing. Very pleased with the job and my new update and money worth investing. Definitely will be telling my friends to install.
