I had a really nice experience taking the classroom and pool sections of the open water certification. The people in the shop were helpful and explained everything we needed to know about the process and necessary equipment. The pool sessions were a bit behind schedule, though that seemed more a product of others in the class being late. Our instructor, Annie, was friendly, professional, thorough, and experienced. Just be sure that if you plan to do the open water portion of the certification elsewhere, that they accept SDI for the pool/classroom section.

Received my open water certification through United Divers and couldn't be happier! All of the instructors for the pool/classroom portion as well as the open water dives were experienced, friendly, helpful, and overall great people who make the experience fun and engaging! Highly recommend if you're look for a shop to dive with.
I completed my entire certification (pool and open water), and United Divers was awesome. The instructors were thorough, safety-conscious, and friendly. Highly recommend!
