We just had SOS (Damion and Mike) come to our home and provide us with an overview of our alarm system. Mike, the technician was very knowledgeable of system features. He was patient and informative as he demonstrated features we didn’t even know we had. Such a great representative of SOS. THANK YOU MIKE AND DAMION!!

My company could not be happier with the service we received with SOS! The level of accommodation their team provided during a massive build-out was imperative to our success at this stage of our development. The working around all the other contractors everywhere was difficult to say the least, and they handled it all perfectly. Something I struggle with myself daily and I actually work here! The quality of service is only out matched by the personalities of their employees. It was a pleasure having everyone here, and Fabien has gone above and beyond for us. He always has such an amazing presence when he is here. Please send him every time! And give that boy a raise because he has done, and continues to do, outstanding work for us. Thank you SOS!!
We are very pleased with our SOS Alarm service! It gives us a tremendous amount of peace of mind to know our home will be safe when we leave town. We also appreciate the fact that this company is locally owned and operated, not outsourced to another place in the state! The SOS staff are very professional. Whenever we’ve had contact with them by phone , or in our home for a battery change, they always explain everything to our complete satisfaction, and leave us feeling even more grateful for this awesome service!
We are very pleased with SOS Alarm. They are responsive and do exactly what we hoped they would to keep our home safe. When a battery needs to be changed they let us know, and the service techs are efficient, friendly and polite. When we open the wrong door they give us a call to make sure all is OK. We also like that they are local. All around a great company!
They are an 11 out of 10. Superb service, they have put up with my occasional goof with an understand that is amazing. Everyone is friendly, their service is great. I wanted something that it turned out I did not need and their salesperson explained why and she was right so they do not try to sell you something you don't need. GREAT people and I will always be with them, period!!!
We love SOS alarm. It makes me feel safe at home when my husband travels and their service team is great. It’s value is priceless in my mind.
We have had SOS since we moved to the Rogue Valley. The best thing about them is that you don't know they're there unless, of course, you need them. The service people, who appear rarely to replace batteries, are always very courteous and professional. I find the staff who works the telephones very efficient, too! I can ask for nothing more for the reasonable price we pay for SOS
