I want to thank Richard Hayhurst for the wonderful professional experience he has shown me on both my visits to his office. He not only took his time but made me completely understand what my problem was. On my second visit I also brought my Mother-in-law who is visiting from NY & has hearing aids already but was having problems with them. He tooked the time to examine them,air clean them & said no charge it was his pleasure. I haven't seen that kind of service in a long time if ever. If anyone needs to see an Ear Doctor I would definitely recommend Richard & Sound Solution Hearing Aid Center!!!

I just took my 85 year old mother to get a hearing aid and I was happy with Mr. Hayhurst. He was very knowledgeable about his field (which is not of itself very surprising) but he also showed an uncommon and reasonable perspective on different products, manufacturers and their various attributes. He has been in the industry for decades but admirably continues to keep apprised of changes in technology, product quality & manufacturers. I’m an attorney and am distrustful of the sales aspect of the industry, but was very pleased to learn he does not make more from selling more expensive hearing aid models which explains why he did no up selling for functionality my mom doesn’t need for her type & level of hearing loss. He didn’t engage in hard sales tactics, and seems to appreciate this is an expensive purchase for most elderly people. I’d definitely recommend him for anyone considering evaluating the benefits of a hearing aid for themselves or anyone in their family.
