10 star work. Unfortunately it took a year to get my cartridge back (but I can't dock them a star just because their dreadful Democrat governor (that's redundant I suppose)) kept them shut down.

They take the time to properly handle any broken record player, that contract is no joke, they do everything they literally say there gonna do. They earned the reputation everyone on there website says about them. Ty on love.

Excellent products, excellent customer service. Everything you would hope to get when buying American with the highest level of craftsmanship. I recently sent in a ZYX cartridge with endless problems, but they offered me a solution that was probably better than I deserved. Even though they have the market cornered, they take each customer seriously. I am NOT a high rolling customer, but I got personal attention from the owner. I ended up buying one of their cartridges, and I can see (hear) that their argument for fixed coil is quite valid. If you're not considering a SoundSmith cartridge, you might want to think again!
