Pleasantly surprised. The last car I purchased was with Subaru in 2006. It was a high pressure experience for sure. This experience was completely different. I had a morning appointment on 2-27-21, and was instructed to ask for the sales manager. My daughter was with me. From the moment we arrived at the dealership and Joshua asked if he could help us everything flowed very comfortably. Joshua was gracious, extremely patient (especially with all the questions about the technology), which was a huge learning curve for both of us, and really treated us like family. Thank God he showed us the Trail Blazer, it is perfect for me. I came to see an Equinox thinking that was what I really wanted. However when I drove it, it was not comfortable for me. It was depressing because I really liked the look of it and the feel of the drive, just couldn't get comfortable driving it.The finance manager (Russell) was also very kind as he explained all the warranty options to me. I will always recommend this dealership to anyone I know who mentions looking for a car.

I had a great experience at south Charlotte Chevy. Hugens in service was upfront and honest with me about my current car and the repairs it needed. He went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of all my options including what I could get for a trade in. He coordinated with Daryl in sales to make sure I had no games being played with me when I arrived to talk to sales. Daryl was also straight forward, to the point, and played none of those annoying car sales games we all hate. Highly recommend!

Probably the best car buying experience I ever had! I stopped by to look at a few vehicle options I had been evaluating on the internet for my wife a new truck. Vanessa Henrique met me on the lot and was very helpful but not pushy or over bearing. She answered all my questions about specifics of different vehicles and trim packages. I left and she was very helpful in meeting my wife later in the day and showing her the truck and my wife was very happy to have Vanessa assist her and said she was very pleasant to talk to. Once we decided on what we wanted Vanessa worked with us very efficiently through the entire process and we could not be happier with our new 1500 Silverado Trail Boss!
