This is the worst facility for patients and workers. One Nurse is given 38-40 patients.There is no management at all. Even the Doctors are frustrated with the management. And it’s mostly nursing staff. I wonder why state audit , is not doing anything regarding this illegal activities going on at this place. One Nurse for 40 patients, definitely half of the patients will keep getting injured or dying quick because the caregiver to patient ratio is very big. One of my relative there did not get good care, and she see the work , staff was doing was just to kill time and not to actually care for patients. Very sad

This facility is simply the best! They are not perfect as no where is, but they try very hard. My sister-in-law worked with Vicky to help transfer my mom from Avondale to Tower hill and it was the best decision she could have made. The amount of time and attention in the admission process made us feel so welcomed and invited and knew this was the right fit for our family. It has been a couple weeks since admission and she has still been available to help and guide us which really means a lot. It helped reassure us that the staff really do care about the people who live there and that it is not just lip-service. I would definitely recommend Tower Hill Healthcare Center for anyone who wants a caring place for their family in need of therapy, long term care or just some T.L.C.
My sister should have been tested 4 times already for covid 19 but It keeps slipping thru the cracks, even though she has pneumonia, she supposedly was tested yesterday but now another 3-5 days for results. terrible terrible place . Over 100 covid 19 cases.
I would like to start off saying, don't believe everything you read online. See for yourself (which is funny since here I am writing an online review). We were hesitant to place my grandmother at Tower Hill because of some poor online reviews. Everyone in the community that we talked to raved about how great the facility was and told us positive stories of their experiences. I took a chance and along with my mom, made the decision to place my grandmother there. We have been nothing but pleased! My grandmother is getting the care she needs. She is being looked after by caring individuals and is thriving. The building is older and could use some updates but I would much rather have a place that doesn't look amazing that gives outstanding care then have it the other way around. We are so happy we found Tower Hill and would recommend it to anyone who asked. THANK-YOU TO ALL OF THOSE WHO CARE FOR MY GRANDMOTHER! THERE IS A SPECIAL PLACE IN THIS WORLD FOR YOU!
Great staff. Only place that I could find that would take Mom. She is doing much better with them. Highly recommend them.
