I ordered Curves & Circles because I thought it was a print booklet. I waited some time before checking on it because of the holidays. The owner told me it was an online instruction and to look in my spam folder. I looked and did not have it. I relayed this to her and asked her to resend to me and I would watch for it. I paid 13 for an email instruction. To date I have received nothing. I will order nothing from this company again. Company rep/owner was not helpful.

I have had nothing but trouble with Art Needlepoint Co. I ordered a canvas and yarns for nearly 400.00. It arrived with no instructions other than the picture printed on the canvas and a photo copy from a printer that was clearly running out of ink. When I called for assistance, I didn't receive a return call. I called again about a week later and was told that they had called back but not left a message. Doreen helped me with colors for several parts of the canvas, but not all. I have requested, both by voice mail and by email, a picture with the colors identified (which is pretty standard with a needlepoint kit) and which they offer in their description of their services. Each time I actually talked to a person, I was told that they were too busy to create one. I have left vm messages about reordering some colors as I think I used them in the wrong places (due to lack of a color coded picture), and have not heard back. I'm done. I'll try to order the yarn online. Too bad. They have some beautiful kits.

I’m having a hell of a time getting this company to send additional threads for me to complete my needlepoint. My project is useless without the ability to finish. I asked for the threads on July 14. More than a month later I still don’t have them. They give me nonsense excuses or ignore me. I would not recommend them. It’s not worth the aggravation. Based on other reviews it’s their pattern!

Love this company! Literally 1000's upon 1000's of lovely high quality canvases and beautiful threads from which to choose. Customer service is wonderful, responsive, polite and quick delivery. Highly recommend ️️️️️

I am extremely disappointed in the way the piece was painted. I have over 40 years of experience doing complex needlework and this piece is impossible. I took the suggestion of the Art Needlepoint company and took a small piece of each thread, taping it to the printed photo to make it easier to identify the colors. It did not help. The painting is so poor and blended that the colors given with piece make no sense. I have never seen such poor quality in a painted canvas.

I would not recommend doing business with this company. My order included a set of four coasters and frames. I was only sent three of each and charged for all four. These are very high priced orders and I would expect a high quality product. The product is of such poor quality that I think this might actually be a scam. The image on the canvas is so blurred and vague that you cannot possibly recreate the image that is shown on the paper and website. All the detail is lost, and even if you could see the details on the canvas they do not provide enough color variations of thread to finish the design in its original detail. For example one of the canvasses clearly has at least four different colors of blue in the details and only two shades of blue were provided. This goes on and on. There are no instructions, color chart or diagram provided. You have to call back to get the instructions! I have never seen a needlepoint kit not include a detailed chart with color and stitch notations per square. Lots of run around and not worth your time and money.

I spent at least 1,000 with this company. I have a canvas that was grossly miss colored. I sent an email to ask for a replacement canvas. All i received from them was defending their canvas colors and they stand behind their product. I went to the internet and my fathers art books and found the the true colors. Not only was the canvas colors poor but they stretched the image to fit the canvas size. I was shocked. I have ordered canvasses with the yarn but they do not include the color chart. That must be ordered separately. I am now outraged. The company should have sent me another canvas that had been checked for color correctness. So I would not use this company for anything. Not only are they defensive about the product and not customer supportive they refuse to take care of a obvious problem. My canvas was a Leighton painting of a woman. Her hair was purple , stretched out of proportion, the skin color was brown and unrecognisable background. If you don't care about quality, customer service and company cheapness then don't cry when you are disappointed. Also I didn't receive a canvas in my order. I had to call and convince them the order was incomplete.
