My name is MIguel Segura I am very dissapointed with this company ! they lied to me and my wife from the beginning , the sales representative said that we would get 30 % tax credit , only to find out when doing my taxes i would get 26%, not only that he lied again when he said that we would get a lump sum , but not true it is not a lump sum you get the money in parts for several years. know I am stuck we a bill and the montly bill will be going up please do not fall for this scam. I found out my family was not the only ones that fell for that scam. I am writing because they do not want to take responsiblilty.

Great experience! Loved the customer service! Fast response, explain the whole process, advice and recommended which option was a best fit. All was a smooth transition, and now I am saving money and being eco friendly thank you again South Texas solar! I highly recommend them!
Beware! These guys will lie to you, and once you sign, their customer service completely vanishes. We purchased solar panels from them with a 500 referral program promise, referred them to a family member, family members purchased solar panels from them and now they have been giving me the run around with delivering the promised 500 for over 3 months. Have been attempting for WEEKS to get ahold of the sales/(self-proclaimed)manager, Ruy, and he refuses to answer his phone, even turns it off right after I call him because the phone call always goes to voicemail on the second consecutive phone call attempt. He stopped answering my text messages. Again, beware! This is an almost 50k investment and this company has left me feeling faithless that they will do the right thing if my panels ever breakdown. If they’re not willing to answer a phone call or get back to a customer who bought a product from them, what makes you think that they will answer accordingly in the event of a solar panel system failure? Oh and I’m sure they’re gonna try to deny it. Just know that I can’t reply to their condescending “this must have been a mistake” comment when they read this review, but boy would I love to.
This company has been an amazing company, with great morals and integrity. Fast installs and 25 year maintenance!
