The kid who helped me pick my shoes was great, but a helpful tip would be not to have rookie cashiers working on black friday. I waited behind the only register while the girl refunded and corrected the woman in front of me’s purchase, that she had already messed up once. Then I get up and she asks for my phone number. I give it and she says “oh you’re not a member? That was useless information then.” I said “well it’s my first time in the store so you could’ve asked me first...?” THEN doesn’t know how to apply a gift card to the purchase!! I mean come on. If you’re asking your manager to come help you every transaction, you should really have a training person standing behind the counter. Not a great look.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They watched me walk, and run, and were able to suggest the right sneakers to fit my feet. Thanks again!
