Went to PC Richards to look for a new TV with my family. Aly was so helpful in explaining the different types of TV they had and what would work best based on size of the room and our budget. We hooked up the TV and love it! Can't wait to watch the big game!
Great experience! We went in to purchase a new mattress recently. They were very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We literally tried out every bed on their sales floor, but we left very happy! Their delivery team was great as well. I was a little bit hesitant going there for a mattress, but it was worth it...and we WILL go back for other things!! I always stayed away from PC Richard in the past because they are known for wheeling and dealing and I always thought you walk away never knowing if you were getting the best deal. This experience changed my mind. The manager Rich was terrific, we got a great deal, and they made the whole experience a pleasure!!
