Wish I'd gathered names.... I first visited a couple other places in town. Not once did anyone even acknowledge my presence. From walking in the door I was greeted, helped in the warehouse with my selection, Steve placed my order on Friday and I received a special order delivery the following Tuesday. Received a phone call to schedule delivery and when they were on the way. WOW! The young man (Terrell) that delivered went out of his way to place my items where I wanted it to go. Would definitely recommend this company. Staff is limited but worth the wait! Customer service is almost nonexistence in the building supply industry. I count my blessings one by one.
I had been looking all over for Hydrated Lime Type S. I could not find it anywhere. Was told it could be found at any hardware store...Not the case... Finally I called Belk and Steve ordered it for me. 75 lbs @ 19.50... hydrated lime type S, enough to make lime wash to do my house and all the neighbors! Thank you Steve! and Belk! They had concrete pipe for my drive way too and I looked all over for that also! Best thing is they are just down the road from me. down side....they only are open while I am at work.... Thank you Steve and Belk!

I hadn't been here in quite a while but, coming back and getting exactly what I needed was what I expected. The staff was great, fast and knowledgeable. They even gave me pro tips on my purchase on the way out of the door. Definitely worth a visit for big projects or just around the house.
