Jon was very helpful and professional. Did a great job and when finished you could not tell he had been. Clean up was great. I would definitely use them again. My only objection was they were a little pricey but when you get a good job it could be worth it.

Ben Franklin has been very responsive to a number of different plumbing needs. Today Keith arrived in the pouring rain to install an outside faucet and he was tidily dressed in a starched white shirt...nice touch! Keith has been very helpful to me and I hope to see him again in the future. He documented all the work he did today with photographs sent via email.
Jon and Keith worked on our house for 2 days replacing all polybutylene pipes for a safer system. Jon answered our questions (and as first time home buyers, we had a lot) and he worked extra hours to get the job done. Affordable, fast, and friendly- we would absolutely work with Jon, Keith, and Benjamin Franklin for any future plumbing needs.
My existing water heater was under manufacturing warranty but They Wanted 1600.00 to replace the water heater with a new one. Then wanted 650 to replace it if I went and got one myself. The charged 191.53 just to come out and tell me it needed replaced. I called another contractor to come out and replace it for only 400 for labor and the warranty covered all parts to replace it. I would not recommend using this company. shop around.
These guys are great! The worker came right on time, found the issue with my propane heater and fixed it with in minuets! Very intelligent, polite and an over all nice guy. He worked very cleanly and quickly. I will be calling them again for future repairs!
