I have been a customer of Central Security Systems for many years, and have always received excellent customer service. The few times I've had an issue, they have promptly contacted me and resolved it. I recently contacted them with an issue, and within hours had a technician at my house. He was professional, friendly and efficient. He also wore a mask which I appreciated. Sandhills CSS always makes it right. I intend to be a customer for years to come.

Your company installed a GE Concord security system in our Bonville built home in 2007. It has been problem free except for a new system battery in 2014. This morning we had a beep notice telling us that our living room motion sensor was not communicating. Considering I had no need to pay attention to the system for almost 11 years, I did not really know where to start and expected the worse, considering the failure rate of so many appliances in the home. They just don't have the life expectancy. I stopped by your office this morning and, to my surprise, was able to walk right up to the counter and talk to a very competent young woman. She diagnosed this issue and sent me home with an 8 battery, and I am back in business. This has been a very positive experience. And just as important, I have a much improved expectation that this will be a system that will provide cost effective service within our home for many years. Max Powell
