I am in here at least once a week to drop off packages. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly and the line moves quickly. This is by far the best location in the Pinehurst/Southern Pines area to drop off UPS packages.

I received excellent customer service from the young gentleman who notarized a paper for me. I put the wrong date on my paper that was being notarized and called back after I realized it and they held my package until the following day so I couldn use the same tracking number. I went in the following day and had the paper notarized again and the kind gentleman that I dealt with the day before did it again and did not charge me. He had great customer service and patience. I think his name is Philip but not positive. Thank you for your great customer service

I have used this UPS store as a drop off point for pre-labeled UPS boxes, mostly online returns for personal purchases, for several years. I can usually drop off the boxes and be on the road within a minute or two. I haven't used their other services so I can't speak to that quality, but for what I use them for it's been very efficient. I will say, however, that we have stopped using UPS in our small business shipping because it has become prohibitively expensive. The post office offers a much better value in that regard.
