I will never refer anyone to this place! Terrible maintenance. Terrible emergency line. Currently without hot water going on day 2 and was told to wait until Monday. Which will make it day 3 without hot water! Laundry room is always out of order! The machines literally take your money! Garbage be on the grounds. This is the ghetto of Southfield! But be late one day on your rent management on your head!

I haven’t had my Apartment inspected in years or heating filter changed in years . There’s blacks stuff coming out of the vents .The heating vents constantly leaked water Every time I ask for help it’s Accompanied With an-attitude funny looks and Angry smirks so I just stop asking . I’m really scared to ask for any kind of help or ask for any appliances to be fixed because I know They will get an attitudes If I ask for anything . there is water leakages all over the building. is a very old apartment Building. Everything is old and outdated Every summer the-air conditioner leaks water And doesn’t work. When the heat doesn’t work it’s extremely cold and they will not answer the phone.
Mediocre at best,once a week cleaning of Common Areas, Currently unable to make Major repairs due to Pandemic, no pool, exhurbant late fee, no rental payments on premises, no online payment. Management is slow to respond unless your payments late.
The Apartments themselves in my opinion are in wonderful condition seeing as I've have lived here since 2019. Though The elevators and equipment could be updated and the stair and hallways could have A/C and be cleaned more.
I am a current resident I've been here since Jan of 2019. I will not be renewing my lease. The application process is simple and you're bound to get approved but the appliances are really outdated and they have a major issue with bugs, spiders, beatles, etc. I've never lived in a place where I seen so many of these things. And let me add there was a mouse running around my apartment. There's little holes in the base of the walls and that's apparently where it came from. I don't recommend this place to anyone. If you need a place to stay and have no other choices make sure you bring some bug spray along with some rat traps!
