Everything was excellent and we will be back to this ER for sure! Super fast and very clean. Doctor was professional, nice and explained everything very well. Our nurse, Carrie was kind and compassionate with my daughter. This was much better experience than going to hospital ER. Will recommend to my family and friends. Thanks Code 3!

Had to come here a few days ago for an after hours issue with the kiddo. I had a great experience with the caring staff. We were seen quickly and I felt like our needs were met and explainations were simple. Our prescriptions were at the pharmacy when we got there. Cant ask for better than kind and quick service. The facility is easy to see and right on the corner. You will be happy to know that it is a clean facility and they accept Aetna and Cigna plans if you use them. Thanks for everything.

Excellent service! I pass 4 other urgent care facilities to come to this one! Front desk was polite and helpful. I was seen in the ER side, and they got me back into a room within 10 minutes of arriving and the doctor came in shortly after that. Doctor spent time thoroughly explaining things to me, was very friendly, and I never felt rushed. The entire experience was great! Highly recommend!!

My appointment time was 1:30. I arrived ten minutes early as requested. Filled out paperwork, showed id and insurance cards and sat down. Within ten minutes I was informed all paperwork had been processed and I would be called back shortly. I was in seeing the doctor at 1:36! Everyone was extremely courteous, professional, kind and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions, diagnosed my symptoms, wrote prescriptions and I was home an hour and a half after leaving home to see the doctor. Count driving time, stopping to drop prescriptions and the doctor visit I’d say it was an excellent visit.

I had a wonderful experience from the time my daughter and I walked in until we left. The front desk was very welcoming and concerned about my daughters broken arm and got us in very quickly. Cody got my daughter assessed and right back for her X-rays. When it was time for the splint Gerry was very comforting for my daughter and made it as easy on her as possible and even made her laugh through it! Dr. Harris was very informative and referred us to a great orthopedic to follow up with. I would highly recommend going there for any medical emergencies/needs!!
