If you're looking for a great RV campsite or permanent residence Spanish main is one of the best RV campsite and resort the staff here is by far the best they are always always improving whatever can be improved there's plenty of events and functions the residents here are awesome people very friendly and everybody I've encountered so far are all my new friends, oh and did I mention they're one of the most reasonable priced RV campsite resort.

Spanish main is a wonderful place. My family and I rented one of the vacation rentals for three months, it was very nice inside and had cable and internet. We fell in love with the park while we were here, they have excellent customer service, a great manager and work with you. They also have the nicest residents who wave and say hello, they have a playground for the kids, a game room and numerous amenities. As I said we fell in love with the park, so much so that we bought a place that was for sale and now live here full time. I highly recommend giving it a stay and find out for yourself!

For the amount of RVs wedged into every inch possible, Lot Rent should reflect the COMPLETE LACK of privacy for permanent residence. Ppl are very pleasant and amenities are well kept. But again Residence should have a MUCH LOWER rent or include electric,water,sewer, trash & basic cable for that price. ONLY REASON I DIDN'T BUY THERE.

Would love to take this park with us wherever we go. Had a cozy yet vibrant feel to it. Definitely the most unique place we've stay so far. The people were very accommodating and quick to help...very proactive. Hope to come back again and again. Baby ducks are so cute...

Park is ok! The management staff is just not friendly or nice! I’ve never really had any issues just even in passing ! Danny it really depends on the day one day he is awsome the next it’s like what happened he’s just an odd dude ! I get they have had issues with some rough people in there but not everyone is like that! I don’t kno it’s just my opinion and maybe cuz they all live in the park so it’s like they all have there own click and think there higher up or something idk the staff isn’t that best!

They were helpful in accommodating our request for an additional night in our same spot. BUT, this is not a "resort" . Mostly full of permanent OLDER RVs and cars exceeding safe speeds.
