2 Stars for the gentlemen. 5 Stars for the woman. Day 1 (5 hours) This was very difficult. I spent 2 days working with Sparklight regarding my account and why my Internet did not work. On the first day, I was told it was cancelled due to non payment. I then proceeded to inform the gentleman that I have all my payments for him. I gave him all the dates and amount for over 6 months. Then he told me there was nothing he could do and the conversation was terminated. Day 2. (4 hours) I spoke to another young man who insisted that I did not ever have an account with Sparklight. I went through my account number and all the checks that I had been sending to Sparklight. After about 2 hours he said he could not help me because I do not have an account with Sparklight. During this time he kept putting me on hold to speak to other individuals. He finally said there was nothing further he could do for me. The conversation was terminated. Day 2. I called back and went directly to billing. This woman deserves a raise. She apologized for having to ask what had happened and what had I told the other Sparklight representatives. She discovered my account had been disconnected due to failure to pay my monthly bills. However, she saw all the EFT deposits from my bank for the last 6 months. Now it gets real interesting--Sparklight would take the money. Then the next month return the money, every month for 6 months. Though they utilized my money for a month or so, it was never credited to my account. So, this new female Sparklight individual get it fixed and sent this up for an investigation. Next, she had me stay on the line until my Internet was up and functional again. It was so great to work with her. Linda Davis

Installation was prompt and flawless. Service since has been everything I had hoped it would be. I am impressed and pleased. These guys are so superior to Century Link there is simply no comparison. I'm suing Century Link and loving Sparklight!
Our internet is working great! We have no complaints. Getting it started up was a breeze also. We’re very satisfied.
Great customer service, no long wait times on hold with call center. Install went flawless. Install tech was friendly and efficient.
I have been here for seven weeks, and so far I'm satisfied. At least, I don't have to reset my router several times per week, as I was doing with my delightful Cox internet further south. I get quite a bit of buffering, but it may be my older model laptop, which I'm only starting to use here after leaving my big desktop behind. So far, so good! By the way, the installation crew were very courteous and professional. Update: The old laptop turned out to be the cause of the constant buffering. Following giving up and getting a new laptop, all is well.
