From the time my wife and I arrived the Salesman (Dillion Meier) was very disrespectful of our time and continually passed insults accusing us of coming from out of state to trade in an inferior GMC Truck (which you now have on your lot for 12K more than was allowed on trade). We drove in from Mississippi to purchase a 2021 GMC 2500 HD Denali on Friday night and Saturday morning it was 9 degrees. When we got in my truck the check engine light came on so we went straight to Autozone and they informed me it was the DEF fluid was registering cold. I immediately told Dillion and requested he take it to Autozone himself. He did not and proceeded to insult us to the point we got up and walked out. After we finally came to an agreement I made it clear that I wanted a set of all weather mats for my truck. After getting home on Sunday I reminded him about the mats and he simply sent me a thumbs up and has refused to answer a text or phone call since February 14th. He may be the owners son for all we know but there is no way I would have someone with his lack of professionalism representing my company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
