While the customer service is nice and everything, there is no general care to accommodate customers with their problems. Waited a whole week for a call back and called in everyday except one day trying to get an answer with no avail. Now I am waiting another half week for feedback on a new issue and cannot get anyone to give me an answer. 1 star for the customer service additive, 1 star for general lack of service and assistance

Had my Central Vac Go out. They were super friendly and fixed the vacuum on the same day i dropped it off. They were honest and reasonable in cost. I will definitely be coming back :)
