Mr Gavin Johnson was very courteous, professional and passionate about his work. He explained the nature of the job and what course of action that needed to take place. He never tried to strong arm me into doing something that I didn't want to do. Overall I'm completely satisfied and truly impressed with his service especially given the limited amount of space he had to work with. As for his quality of work, he executed brilliantly. I will definitely recommend him as well as the company to everyone I know.. P.S., whatever Mr. Johnson is getting paid, it needs to be doubled...

We hired JD Precision Plumbing Services to replace 2 old gas water heaters and install an \on demand\ system. The installation was flawless. The technician (Devon) and his assistant were very professional and wore protective equipment. They were very mindful of keeping safe distances. The work area was left clean and the new installation is very neatly laid out.

Give this man a raise. For what has happened in the Houston and surrounding areas it was a great experience with Ronald. Was it high yes but what we have to remember is supply is low and these companies have all their staff working to help people out and that cost owners more. During the freeze of Feb 2021 and the loss of electricity and power due to the storm, we had two pipes in the attic have bulges and splits in them causing water to leak into a closet and a bathroom. As a result, a section of the bathroom ceiling became water drenched and caused a 4x4 foot section of the ceiling to fall into the bathroom. We turned off the water to the house and call JD Precision Plumbing who we have been going to for the past five years. We have been very pleased over the years and we were pleased when David found two leaks and quickly repaired them. The water system has been working well ever since. Thank you to David and to JD Precision Plumbing. We will use you in the future and recommend you to our friends and associates.

We are one of the many in the area who have been without water due to burst pipes as a result of losing power this week. I am so grateful for the service provided by JD Precision Plumbing. They did not leave our home until we had water restored to the house. David and his assistant did a thorough job in finding all leaks and making the repairs necessary. I also appreciate that they referred us to a water restoration service and we were not on our own trying to find the service. Amazing service!
