Springfield Hyundai is filled with really excellent people. Valerie and Keith made sure the car we were test driving was ready when we got there and we were able to test drive within moments of arriving. Purchasing the vehicle was so straightforward and the customer service was amazing. We felt valued even though we purchased a used vehicle. The car we bought runs great, has excellent mileage and was detailed again before we left the dealership. It was a family excursion and everyone there was kind to my husband, our toddler and me. We will definitely be return customers.

I purchased a 2021 Hyundai elantra today. From the beginning the sales team, and the manager at Springfield Hyundai were phenomenal! I had the pleasure to deal with Mr. Curtis , and Thomas from the sales team. Both honest, upfront guys who actually take the time to talk to you regarding your needs, wants, and especially budget. They treat women with respect, and in my experience, that is honestly hard to find these days. The manager, herb, is exceptional! They really try to work within your budget, and keep you happy. I went to 4 dealerships over these last few days, and overall Springfield Hyundai had the best price, and staff. Thank you all for all you did for my mother, and I!!!! I appreciate you all, and you now have 2 faithful customers!!!!

Exceptional sales rep. Very kind, and not pushy. He made our wait there very comfortable. After we finished the paperwork, he took the time to program our phones in the car, and go over all the details.

I had a bad experience. I took my Hyundai accent 2007 to fix an oil leak. they put me on wait for 3 hours just to diagnose the problem after that it took them another 2 hours to fix it for 329. I check the engine there was a loose screw for the plastic cover of the engine also I checked the oil it was low. I took it back again because I had the same issue I was told the Tube seals are bad needs t ok be changed. The Tube seals is part of the Gasgate I was told is different the valve cover gasgate was not secured and oil was leaking. I was charged 148 second time and it was not fixes. I will never recommend this place for service its horrible.

Absolutely a 5 star experience from the moment we walked into the showroom floor. Dan S. the salesman was knowledgeable and worked with us the entire process. Jack, the finance manager worked the numbers and explained all the details. Even the owner of the dealership Chris got involved to make sure we were happy. We will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle and we will make sure we refer friends. Thank you again for making this purchase a very stress free experience.
