Annette and springcom have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Their communication is superior to any internet company I've ever been with. They mentioned to me a few months ago they were going to be getting fiber, I expressed interest and she told me she would reach out when it was available. She called me last week, and it was installed within a few days. Thank you Annette and team for everything you do!

Twice as expensive as internet in Jackson or Albion, half the speed. Currently paying 120 for 6mbs, had to sign up for cable even though I never use it.

Horrible service, should be shut down and ran out of the area. Complete lack of maintenance and using COVID for as an excuse, people out of work kids out school and no internet for in home learning. -5 stars. Contact your better business bureau! Current customers beware you could lose your service at any time.

Rescheduled like 10 times to come out and install wifi and just okay service

constant hiccups, slowdowns, shutoffs, and high latency, and that's just to start with. they can't even support more than 15% of the town with higher speeds than 15 mb/s download and to my knowledge no one can get above 1.5 mb/s upload. Not a good internet provider of you like steaming anything higher than 720p, if you ARE a streamer, if you play games online, or even have more then 2 people in your household. Not only that, a 15GB game can take anywhere from 4-9 hours depending on if it's a good day or not. And they hold a monopoly over the town of Springport so they don't let anyother company put up wires or antennae so you have a real struggle finding a company that can support the location.
