everything was great ! Rocky my salesman was very knowledgeable about the truck and very friendly would definitely recommend him to anybody interested in a Chevy, Thanks to him I got in to my new truck !

Ad in the mail is just to bring in customers. Yes I knew that it wasn't truly going to give 5,000 (odds are stacked against you) and they wanna sell you cars (cause this is a car dealership). During a pandemic this is madness having people come in thinking they \won a prize\ they do require masks to be worn *none of the employee's were really following that rule. I did however get a test drive in a nice vehicle and they wanted me to trade my car for a price that was really good. The thing is if you don't respect your own policy and my own well being I will not purchase from you. Sorry not sorry for putting you on blast, but hey I am still interested in a car just not in that price range.

Went in there yesterday because of a mailing I had received for a promotion/contest/scam they were running. Half the sales people there weren't wearing masks at all and the other half that were wearing them were wearing them wrong, or kept pulling them down to talk. Got out of there as quickly as we could. Definitely not a place you want to go to if you actually care about the health and wellbeing of the community.

Terrible experience ! I called service to make a next day appointment. All was set, loaner car \promised and reserved\. Day comes, I took a day off from work, wanted to drop off my car at their place, guess what??? no loaner car, disappeared, I was literally told by service guy \THEY CANT PRODUCE ONE FOR ME\. What service is that??? This was supposed to be my first service here. Well, I'm glad it never happened. I prefer to drive all the way to CASTLE Chevy then talk to their RUDE service guy. This place is highly NOT recommended !!!

I have been with Don McCue since our first Malibu in 2012 and they never fail to impress! With a growing family, we have been from Malibu to Traverse and Don McCue has never let us down with service and prices. Recently, we were so lucky to fall into the hands of Eric Sakumoto. His relaxed and pressure free sales approach made us feel right at home. We were able to connect right away with him and he was a delight to work with. Thank you Eric, for taking great care of us! Way to go Don McCue for treating us like family. Keep up the great work.
