Communication was excellent right away from Joe. Our driver arrived right as scheduled. The vehicle was clean and our driver was very friendly and professional. He got us to the airport ahead of schedule. Great service that makes me consider doing this everytime instead of driving myself there! Thank you for your service!

Wonderful and reliable service. Always very early for pickup. Its my go to service to and from Detroit Airport. Very reasonably priced and cars are always clean and comfortable.
First time I ever used an airport ride service and was very impressed with Shores Airport Ride. Joe was on time (actually early), a very safe driver, and the rates were the best around. To top it off, Joe is an extremely nice person, too!! I highly recommend SHORES AIRPORT RIDE!!
I discovered Joe and his team of professionals several years ago. It had become such a hassle and so expensive parking at the airport and then desperately trying to get bags from the parking lot through the parking area, elevators, across streets, through lines, that I was exhausted, sweating and my back killing me before I went on a business trip or to see my family. I searched every option turning away from Detroit cab services with some being fine while others were just scary. Same for Uber. Joe and his team were such a breath of fresh air. No lifting, sitting in comfort, and traveling in safety. I felt that I was with friends from the first trip. Chivalry isn't dead with Joe's services. Tomorrow will be about my 75th ride and I'll, once more, get to the airport in style, safely with my friend Joe in a beautiful automobile that's clean every time, fresh and well kept as the drivers are themselves. I thank you JOE & TEAM AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES If you're looking for the best, then go ahead now and eliminate the rest. I'm a tough critic and Joe's a step above.
