I thought my Doc Marten boots would be Beyond repair. I brought them by the store and they were fixed within 3 days. These Boots mean a lot to me because they're from my mother-in-law. I will definitely come back with my shoe repairs.

Please DO NOT waste your money at Gagliardo shoe repair in St. Joseph Mi. She did a TERRIBLE job on my shoes and I have pics to prove it! First of all she charged me 20 to put simple little heel tips on my shoes, yes 20 per pair! That's highway robbery! Any other shoe repair shop only charges around 5 for tips. I dropped off three pairs of shoes, granted the shoes were about 15 years old but still looked good and was very much still wearable, they just needed new heel tips and on two of the pairs, the heel needed minor touching up. Well you would think that if she charged me 65 for three little pairs of heel tips, she could have AT LEAST touched up the heel right? WRONG! This woman do not even offer a bag or box to put shoes in when I picked them up. She expected me to just walk out the store with three pairs of shoes in my hand....really? I had to ASK for a bag, and was given what looked like a recycled walmart bag to put my shoes in. When I got home I inspected my shoes and was VERY disappointed at her work. She did not even try to glue the fabric down under the heel before she put the tips on as you can see in the pics. She did not even bother to try to glue the tiny little tear in the heel fabric down which would have only took about 30 seconds of her time. She did not bother to touch up the scratch on the black heels (See pics below). I called her and took my shoes back in and she seemed very disappointed that I asked her to color in the scratch and glue down the fabric. She still did nothing to correct the lousy job on the heel tips. I will never go there again. You will be better off taking your shoes to Coreys Bootery in Kalamazoo or any other shoe repair store.

I wish I had a before picture with my boots but this is the after and I am so happy with how beautiful a job Cassandra did! I would recommend her to anyone who needs an old pair of leather shoes or boots resold shown a little tlc! Stoked to have my favorite boots brought back to life!
