Jeremy has really helped me to feel better in the past 7 months than I have in decades. He is one of the quirkiest people you’ll ever meet, but in a good way and he really cares about his clients. I’m doing things I never thought I would ever be able to do and really trust him to know what level I’m at and what I can do, even if my own psychology hasn’t caught up with my abilities. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Jeremy and will always remember everything he’s taught me.

This guy is a genius. He immediately zeroed in on the cause of my chronic knee pain and how to heal it.The workouts have been perfect for my individual goals, never boring and I’m learning so much. His kickboxing class is a blast and the people that come here are really great and unpretentious. He is truly gifted at what he does. I can’t recommend it enough.
