The food is good, but the service at this location is a lot slower than it used to be. When we choose Penn-Station, we don't count on getting our food quickly. The most recent order was rung in at 1:14, we got our food at 1:33. There were 2 customers in front of us who were not happy about the wait.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired and I know this isn't this locations fault but their online ordering/app is clumsy and lacks customization options.
Food was fine. Employees were awesome. You would not believe the level of disrespect recieved when reaching out to customer service. All because I wanted to give the awesome employees a tip. I'm disgusted at how their employees are treated. They pay meager wages and refuse to allow their employees to accept tips for outstanding service. I feel so sorry for the employees. I will never go back.
Good food. Menu is kind of pricey but for fresh cooked food made to order, I think it's acceptable. The lemonade and cookies are top notch!
