We recently used Kevin for a home inspection and were absolutely amazed at not only his professionalism and punctuality but his attention to detail and his knowledge of current codes as well as foreseeable future repairs. I could tell within the first few minutes Kevin had an eye for detail and actually KNEW how to fix the issues in real life, not from something he Googled or saw a person do on YouTube. Kevin had his report back us in less than 48 hours with a very well and easy to ready report. I contacted him several times regarding some questions about what he found and he took the time to make sure we understood what the issue was and what to possibly expect in the near future. I highly recommend him, hands down, he's an awesome investment into your future home.

Kevin was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond and thoroughly checked every centimeter of the house. He was helpful in explaining and recommending repairs. Very friendly.
