I can’t express how much I love this place! I’ve worked out here for about 3 years now. I started training with my softball team, then joined Grind Athlete, and now private training. I’ve mainly had Joe as my strength coach, he’s awesome. I really appreciate how every work out is purposeful and thoughtfully programmed for my sport and position. I clearly see the progress I’ve made becoming faster and stronger. They also focus on flexibility and mobility to be an overall athlete. Joe and all the trainers/staff have made The Grind such a positive and welcoming environment while pushing and motivating me to reach my highest potential. Its clear they care about my success in and out of the gym by checking in frequently. I feel I’ve grown confidence physically and mentally after training here. The facility and equipment are excellent. I could go on and on, I highly recommend!!!

I got started going to The Grind by a friend who wanted to work out together. We trained with Dean for a few weeks and then Covid forced them to close. I then started virtual workouts with Brittney and have been virtual ever since for my convenience when traveling. Brittney designs the workouts to be just hard enough to make me feel like I am making progress but not so sore that I can't move the next day. I look forward to my workouts and am feeling stronger. Highly recommend The Grind.

I’ve been at The Grind for about 3 weeks now and I seriously enjoy being a part of such a wonderful community! Ashley never fails to greet me and others on a first name basis, and I genuinely feel she has had a huge part in making The Grind feel friendly and inviting. They only want the best for you!! Brittany and Dean are great motivators who make me want to commit harder to bettering myself. They make me want to show up, set goals, and work hard. I love my small group class workouts. I can’t help but have a dopey smile on my face because I am having FUN!

The Grind is the by far the best training facility and program I have ever been apart of. Top notch trainers who actually care about their clients and even check in on them outside of the weight room. In a short time doing one on ones with Joe, I have increased my lifts immensely. You will leave the Grind feeling dead, sweaty, and accomplished.

I have had a great time while at the grind training with Brittany! It’s a very welcoming environment that everyone should feel comfortable in. I am pushed to do my best and improve each time I come. I’m am already seeing physical and mental improvements just from the few months I have been coming!
