I used Custom to remodel my home. Their contractors were polite, and maintained a schedule which can be a bit difficult in their business. Custom worked with my insurance company to stay on top of what could be salvaged and what needed to be replaced. They were attentive to phone calls, emails and crisis' as they arose. I don't think I went more than an hour after leaving a message until they responded. They gave advice as far as design changes in order to accommodate my wife's wishes with some structural changes in the home and essentially made it possible for us to get the \New\ home that we wanted. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel or build new.
