We hired JKath to make our 1925 unfinished basement “livable” and the final product is beyond what we had imagined. With the holidays, COVID and 95-year-old-home challenges Jesse shouldered the burden of what we can only guess would be many hiccups to keeping the project on track. It’s easy to see the artistry from the cabinet shop on social media pics and videos, as well as the website photo gallery, but there is a clear, deep rooted commitment to excellence and function that you experience when working with Jesse and the JKath team. They completely transformed an outdated bathroom we didn’t want anyone to see, as well as created storage using all available space within the footprint, that is functional and accessible. From the initial discussions to the finish line it has been easy to trust their expertise. We are thankful to have partnered with JKath Design Build.

To say Jkath did an amazing job would be a complete understatement. I had a vision of what I wanted for my kitchen, and they absolutely made it come to life. The experience was completely collaborative and they took my taste, along with my wish list, and pushed the boundaries. We were able to maximize every single square inch of my space to drastically improve the function of my kitchen. Jesse's skill and knowledge of custom cabinetry was critical in our quest to leave no empty space. A smart use of a hidden panel doubled the original size of my under cabinet storage - and that's not an exaggeration. Katie's style is fabulous, and slightly more daring than mine. She worked with me to select just the right tile, fixtures, and hardware to make my kitchen feel like me. Occasionally pushing my comfort zone, but always exactly in line with what I was thinking. When I was unsure of certain decisions, there was no pressure, and I was able to take my time and make sure I was comfortable with my choice. Their team is completely professional, and always cleaned up after themselves; which is actually amazing considering they ripped my walls down. I can'not recommend them enough for your next remodel. No matter the job, I guarantee these two can make it happen.

Jesse and Katie Kath and the entire J.Kath team were extremely dedicated to the quality and aesthetic of our home renovation, expecting the best from each subcontractor and holding each detail to the highest standard. We added a second story to our rambler, and remodeled the existing main floor over 8 months. The process was enjoyable and fun, as they joined with us in executing our dream home. The J.Kath team does not compromise on quality, while honoring the budget and timeline that worked for our family.
