Purchased a new part for my Maserati for 1,739.00 take it to the shop and it does not work. The refuse to return a new part that does not work. 2 months later I still have no refund and can not get called back, I delivered the part to them over a month ago and still nothing. Just get sent to voicemails of people that never call me back. They sell broken parts and refuse to return or exchange them. Terrible business and terrible service. Ed Napleton should be ashamed of the people he has running his business. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

Absolutely the worst Maserati dealership I have ever been into. This is supposed to be a premium brand but the showroom feels like a used car lot. I arrived to the appointment and told nobody was available, and waited 45 minutes. When finally done they call me and ask why I didn't go to the appointment. I received about 4 followup calls, where I tell them not to call me again, but they have kept calling... even trying to sell me a car when I wasn't looking to buy. Please have some professionalism and stop harassing me, and get the showroom and sales tactics up to a standard befitting the brand.
