Our family ordered flowers for my Mom's 96th birthday recently. The ordered was placed on the website. The process was so easy. The flowers arrived right on time and the bouquet was absolutely beautiful. Mom was so surprised and us enjoying the flowers so much. Thank you for the wonderful job you did for our family.
The flower was so beautiful. However, I'm very disappointed about the way about the delivery service. The unboxed flower along with another gift that accompanied the flower, was left in the lobby where anyone could see and grab if they had wanted. I received a text message that it was left for me in the lobby. I happened to check my phone when I saw their text. Since they had the phone #, it would have been more appropriate to call me and ask where to deliver. In addition, the flower was requested to be delivered on the 13th for a reason (a day before Valentine's Day) but was delivered a day before. Poor service!
