Their service department cannot be trusted. I had an electrical problem and they said I had two burnt connectors and a broken wire. It will cost 500.00 to repair my backup camera. I wouldn't let them fix it. Took it home, took it apart and cleaned contacts on one connector. Didn't find any burnt connectors or broken wire. After going 5 months after cleaning the connector, I have had no problems. They did not know I used to be in the business and I do not like liars and thieves. I will no longer use their service department.

It's difficult for me to understand why a reputable dealership would ship a car to the new owner without a full tank of gas or the window sticker that is typically on every car on any lot, regardless if it's used or the make the dealer specializes in. It's also difficult for me to understand why features of my car weren't listed accurately on the site. My lender asked about specific features that they listed the car having, when in fact, it didn't have those features. No accommodations were offered for this when I reached out with these concerns.The photos are from the Carfax site. McNabb shared the report with Carfax, which were the same features listed on the dealer site. It clearly listed Navigation System, which was the feature I most wanted, and thought I was getting. Dealerships should be accurate in posts, especially before selling to an out of state customer. Integrity is important for all business, so I wouldn't recommend this one.
