It's probably a fine store, but someone needs to tell management to quit closing early. I worked late and arrived at the store at 6:45PM to drop off a covid test and the doors were locked and shut with no more information. While in the parking lot, I saw two other people do the same. If you want to close early, update your hours, or change the sign to say \open from morning until whenever\. Pretty embarrassing for a nationwide chain.

I had a horrible amazon return experience at the Amazon location site, (no one showed up to unlock the store, wasted 30 mins), and so I needed to come to this location. Emily was there to greet and help me. I had a possible issue arise but she came up with a great solution that I was very happy with and continued to give me wonderful personal service!! She truly went above and beyond!! Thank you Emily at UPS!!!

This is an awesome UPS store. Employees there are very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable and make sure you are taken care of. So fortunate to have this neighborhood store near me!

This store was open during the Christmas season at 8 am. That was a very convenient time and allowed me to plan my day and my errands at a time that kept me safe. Now, they changed their opening time to 9 am citing “COVID-19”. I’m calling bs on that. A half dozen other people and I showed up at 8:30 am only to find they were closed. They have inconvenienced a lot of their customers, myself included, and I will not forget. I’ll take my business else where from now on. I will also encourage my family, friends, church, and business contacts to do the same. Also, their store looks nothing like the picture- I’m just saying.

Amazing staffs. They are very helpful and positive. Took care of everything which made everything super easy. I’d definitely choose UPS over any other carrier services especially in state college area.
