First time using this company and I am extemely pleased with the service provided. I recommend them and will definately use them again.
I contacted action plumbing 1100 on Saturday morning. I was PROMISED I would see them around 1700, as they were finishing up a job. I asked again if he was certain that I would be taken care of that day. At 1715, after I called and left a message, Jeff called to let me know his crew refused to work another job. He then promosed to see me first thing Sunday morning. I quicky.found another plumber, got my water fixed, and had a hot shower late Saturday night. NEVER LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMER, it cost you a nice little chunk of change, not to mention what it does to your reputation.
Joe Ritchie does Great work at an affordable price. After finishing the job he was called for.. He told me what would need to be done in the future and that if I had anymore trouble with what he had already repaired he would come back no Charge. Guarantee Work is something you don't hear of in this line of work anymore. I've found my House hold Plumber from now on. Action Plumbing.... PS: He was able to give me a quote over the phone. They Didn't have to Drive out charge me 70 to tell me it would cost another 150. He knows Plumbing...
