Amazing service by Clinton on our 3rd New Years dinner in this steakhouse. He was so professional and personable, what a gem of and employee! Amazing ambiance, divine food, very pleasant and helpful coat guardian Lady. Excellent chef and support staff! We are looking forward to next year!!!

We’re visiting here for the first time and ordered this restaurant beforehand. 4.5stars for the decor and atmosphere but 3 stars for the food only. The simple salad is great and flavor is well-balanced. For all the other food it’s kind of too greasy, esp the fois gras and the bone marrow, even the mussels were cooked with a weird smell.
Wow! Thanks everyone for a great anniversary dinner. Both Pablo “JP” and Justin were spectacular! Food was phenomenal! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a special night with great steak and seafood as well as very helpful and warming staff. We will be back! Our table tried the steaks, salads, and many sides, and all were absolutely fantastic. Seriously, the food was delicious, wine was amazing and the service impeccable. I would return to Aspen just to eat here again. A must try if you are in town.
