had install new Rheem hot water heater for my 93 year old mother by other company. last fall 2020 heater went out...try calling Rheem system could not get through for three days THEY suck....called A&F water heater told them my problem they had a service tech out there the next day....Joel did a out standing job the price was more then fair highly recommend this company great service and the girls in the office where very helpful...thanks again
I think I might've bought a lemon of a water heater from Rheem for my tenant occupied condo. The day after I had my brand new Rheem water heater installed, the hot water stopped working. Rheem sent an approved company to fix it, but six months later, the hot water went out again. Rheem sent A&F this time. Larry called at 7:30am and said he was on his way! It was so early, but I was THRILLED that he came so early, as we wanted the hot water running ASAP! Unfortunately the hot water went out again two days later and this time Norm came to fix it. Norm was amazing! He determined it was my power vent and went above and beyond and called Rheem for me to order the new part. Before he left, he showed my tenant how to reset the hot water if it went out again before the part came in. After Norm left, the A&F's main office called me to let me know that even though I didn't have the part yet, they still put me on the schedule for the day the part was expected to arrive, as they knew I was really anxious to get things fixed as fast as possible. When the part finally arrived, Norm was once again assigned to me and he came out first thing in the morning. He replaced the power vent and called me to follow up. Great service!! Also, the ladies in the office were nothing short of awesome! For nearly two weeks during my ordeal, I called the office every day, to make sure things were scheduled and to give/get updates. By the time my job was completed, every single person in the office knew who I was and greeted me with cheer when they answered. Despite the fact that I was practically harassing them, every single person was nice to me and extremely patient. And that's not an easy thing to do when you're probably greeted with angry people all day, because they're mad that they're water heater broke down! So grateful to A&F!
Wow!!!!! I was told by another company that my 20,000. water heater was shot and the warranty was expired and that I had to replace it. Larry from A&F showed up and fixed the water heater within two hours, he was very proffessional and did a fantastic job what a great employee you have. Our tankless hot water heater had issues heating water where for several weeks we had to restart the system daily to get it to work. Garrett came out to diagnose it on a Thursday or Friday. The entire unit needed to be replaced and he called it in and arranged for the new unit which was covered by warranty. The plan was to get it swapped the next week. We expected the unit to keep heating the water while we waited for the new unit to come in, but it stopped doing that the next day. We left a message and let them know we were without hot water. Early Monday they called to let us know that the new unit would be available and installed Tuesday. Garrett and Norm showed up on Tuesday and I found out they had rearranged their schedule and pulled some strings to get this done early for us. Otherwise we would have gone a full week without hot water. This company and everyone that we interacted with are top-notch. They actually care and do a great job!
